Chat visitors can share their screen with agents
Go to Integrations page.
Click on 'join.me integration'.
Authorize the ClickDesk app. The Join me integration gets configured instantly after successful login.
Use the "/screenshare" command from Agent Dashboard to share your screen with a chat visitor during a live chat session.
The "/screenshare" command triggers a join.me download link.
Click on the link to download the join.me executable file.
Note: This is a secure link that allows one-time login for the agent, and it will expire after 10 minutes.
Execute the downloaded file to start sharing your screen with your chat visitor, click on share screen option. When you share your screen, the visitor will receive a hyperlink that opens a browser tab displaying the shared screen.
To view a live chat visitor’s screen, use the "/viewscreen" command from IM/Agent Dashboard to send a join.me download link to the visitor.

When your chat visitor clicks the download link, they will be sent a join.me executable file. You will also receive a download link.
When the visitor executes the downloaded file and shares their screen with you, you’ll receive a hyperlink that opens a browser tab displaying the shared screen.
